Making a Positive Impact:
For two weeks, I got to Make a Positive Impact to those around me, and I chose my four closest friends. We had to gradually make it more impactful, so I began by telling all of them a compliment about why I loved them in my life. Then, I wrote them all letters about how impressed I am with them and how proud I am to be their friend. Lastly, I made them jars with 12 notes in them, one for each month, and on 6 of them I wrote inspiring quotes, and on the other 6 I wrote compliments.
Overall, my friends responded very well to these gifts. I almost made one of them cry while giving them compliments and the rest were very thankful. During the letters and the jars, they were very excited and grateful, and said that I had made their day. It really impacted me because bringing people such joy by doing something just a little out of the ordinary made me so joyful and grateful that I got this opportunity. It showed me how I can make these impacts every single day and I began to live my life more impactful after doing this project.
